Need assistance?
If you’re on a University campus having vehicle trouble, Transportation and Parking is ready to lend a helping hand. Our Vehicle Assistance Program (VAP) can assist by providing:
- battery starts
- tire inflation
- lost vehicle
- driving directions
- lock de-icer in winter months
VAP services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except 11 pm-7 am Fri. & Sat.).

When calling for service, please provide:
- the make, model, and color of your vehicle
- license plate
- location of vehicle
Please stay with your car in a safe location.
Please note that VAP does not provide towing services or aid vehicles parked in an off-campus location. VAP is not available for motorcycles or scooters.
