Additionally, each department at the University of Rochester is assigned a Human 资源 业务 合作伙伴 (HRBP) to serve employees’, management’s and leadership’s HR needs, and to 合作伙伴 with leadership to build a strong workforce and work environment.
HRBPs are immersed in the day-to-day of each department and effectively understand their unique needs and issues. HRBPs provide 合作伙伴ship and counsel in areas such as policy adherence, 补偿, 劳动力计划, performance management, employee and leadership development, 接班人计划, and organizational development.
